The data were evaluated in the light of an ideal model of business platform in tourism, which has been identified as a result of the existence of barriers in communication with the external environment with regard to information flow in CCVB. It was possible to identify the gaps and propose actions, activities and attitudes that can cooperate to improve and improve the information flow and organizational knowledge creation, and the improvements are focused on the axis of communication between CCVB and maintainers.
