Resumo

Project management (PM) has been a way to translate plans into actions. Due to its practical nature, the teaching of PM has led to the incorporation of techniques that allow students the contact with situations also practices. In this context, a gamification gains space in the teaching of PM, a field still with little academic penetration, that has been explored as a way to motivate the learning. The purpose of this work is to present an application of a game, elaborated by authors of this work, which incorporates concepts of PM, in a playful way relating hypothetical situations that managers face in practice. The game has been tested for applicability and replicability. After the test, the satisfaction and suggestions related to the game were investigated, perceiving a high overall satisfaction rate on the game. Improvements have been suggested and accepted so that the game is applied in other occasions contributing to a PM learning.
