Resumo

The incorporation of digital technologies in higher education has transformed teaching, creating new challenges and opportunities. This study identifies factors that motivate students to cooperate in a technologically advanced environment. Through a literature review and a survey of Business Administration students, it was found that tools such as online forums, collaboration platforms and instant messaging applications facilitate communication and teamwork. Gamification and digital mentoring also foster student engagement. Students dedicate 2 to 3 hours per week to self-study, motivated by their interest in the subject matter and career expectations. Challenges remain, such as the need for continuing education and equitable access to technological resources
