Abstract

Digital transformation (DT), understood as the impact of information and communication technologies, affects all sectors. In education, ICT had already been responsible for breaking barriers of time and space for teaching, through distance education. Digital Education – DE, however, goes far beyond the use of ICTs to teach: it requires matching methodologies and technologies for teaching content for learning based on the acquisition of skills. This requires changes in the profile of DE program teams. The objective of this study is describing a practical case to formation of a multidisciplinary team for tutoring in the DE Program. The methodology used was basic research with bibliographical and documental review. The study found evidence of the need for new profiles of tutors and possibilities of the application of the Program in other contexts of DE at scale.
