Abstract

The present study concerns a bibliographical and qualitative research on Bloom's Taxonomy, referring to a research of a basic nature. There are numerous instruments that promote the analysis and evaluation of the stages of a school planning process, with the purpose of granting some support to the pedagogical didactic planning. Bloom's taxonomy can be considered as one of them, as one of its objectives is to assist in educational planning, correlating learning to cognitive development, encompassing the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes, in order to facilitate the process of teaching and learning. Furthermore, it is possible to identify that Bloom's taxonomy can be used in other areas of society, one of them being the organizational environment. Therefore, it is worth carrying out a brief understanding of this topic. Therefore, this study aimed to present the concepts of Bloom's Taxonomy, and relate them to the capitalization of knowledge.
