Abstract

This article analyzed the course "Notaries Practices: procedural acts" applied at the
Tribunal Regional Eleitoral de Santa Catarina, in 2018. It identified the H5P tools used in the
course that acted as active methodologies, the types of resources proposed, their
operationalization, and the interaction these resources with characteristics of active
methodologies. Through a single case study, with participant observation, interactions used in
the context of active methodologies were analyzed and 10 characteristics were identified:
student protagonism, action-reflection, collaboration, plasticity, co-creation, cognitive activity,
feedbacks, simulated environment, active learning and online sharing/repository. These
characteristics act as catalysts in the interconnection between teaching and learning helping to
mainta the focus on the acquisition of knowledge and skill and the students engagement.
