Abstract

This article aims to identify organizational strategies and practices aimed at relationships with stakeholders and sustainable organizational development. This is a systematic literature review to analyze existing scientific knowledge on “sustainable organizational development”, by searching the Scopus, Web of Science (WOS) and Digital Bank of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) databases. Data extraction made it possible to list 37 organizational strategies and practices that advance theories and practices, as they provide greater clarity of roles, partnership dynamics, equity, reduction of polarization, promoting a comprehensive view of management, creation and maintenance of relationships, identified as essential to sustainable organizational development.

Marta Silva Neves, UFSC

PhD student in the Engineering and Knowledge Management Program - Engin/UFSC. Master in Health Teaching, from UFCSPA. Graduated in Education from UFRGS. With studies in Environmental Education, Social Management, Business Management, Group Dynamics and Team Development. Currently, he works at the Corporate University of the State Bank of Rio Grande do Sul, with experience in the areas of Sustainability and Corporate Education. Contributes to mobilizations with civil society with a focus on education for sustainability. Among the recognitions are: Top Ser Humano 2022 and Top Cidadania 2017, both by ABRH-RS.

Patrícia de Sá Freire, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina

PhD in Engineering and Knowledge Management (2013) and Master's in EGC from Mismo Programa (2010). She is a professor at the Department of Knowledge Engineering and researcher at the Postgraduate Program in Knowledge Engineering and Management at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. Leader of the ENGIN Laboratory for Integration Engineering and Multilevel Governance of Knowledge and Organizational Learning and member of the IGTI (Center for Intelligence, Management and Technology for Innovation/UFSC) and KLOM (Interdisciplinary in Knowledge, Learning and Organizational Memory/UFSC) Groups. She is editor of the International Journal of Knowledge and Management (IJKEM).
