Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the need for upskilling and reskilling professionals, leading many companies to establish Networked Corporate Universities to meet this demand. This study investigates how the Neo-learning methodology can be effectively applied in a Networked Corporate University to develop leadership competencies and generate value for the organization. Neo-learning combines UNESCO's four pillars, experiential learning, and active methodologies, focusing on the relationships between the individual, group, and organization. Action research was applied in the Leadership Development Program of a Networked Corporate University, where Challenge-Based Learning was implemented. The results indicate that Neo-learning promotes practical and collaborative learning and suggests directions for future research.
