Abstract

The main purpose in this task is to sistematizes the existing knowledge in the literature that treats the relationships between Transformational Leadership (TL) and Organization innovations. The methodology chosen for the development of this task, it was bibliography research, through an systematic literature review in the SCOPUS database. The results demonstrate a predominant influence of transformational leadership in innovation processes, once a well-prepared, trained and qualified leadership for management , develops certain mechanisms to create an conducive environment to innovation and innovative processes, increasing in this way, a creative performance of employees.
