The study addresses the applications of GAI in hyper-personalized website production processes, highlighting the experience of web designers. The research problem focuses on the challenges faced by designers when integrating GAI into their creative processes.
The objective was to investigate how GAI can assist web designers in developing hyper-personalized websites, analyzing the benefits, challenges, and impacts of this technology on work efficiency and quality.
The research is exploratory, utilizing a survey with respondents selected non-probabilistically, ensuring a qualified and diverse sample. Data were collected through an online form with objective and essay questions, analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively.
Most respondents use GAI, mainly ChatGPT, to streamline processes, generate new ideas, and optimize content. The benefits include increased productivity, time savings, and improved work quality. However, challenges such as technological dependency, ethical issues, and the need for human supervision were highlighted. GAI is seen as a valuable tool but requires a balance between technology and human creativity.
It is concluded that GAI has significant potential to improve the efficiency and quality of designers' work, including creativity, offering innovative solutions to common challenges. Responsible adoption of GAI, with human supervision and ethical consideration, is essential to maximize its benefits and mitigate risks.
