NEO-LEARNING AND LISTENING TO CLIENT DEMANDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN EDUCATIONAL SOLUTION
Keywords:

The demands of clients concerning the individual and organizational development needs of their teams have often been overlooked due to the absence of a robust theoretical framework. This article introduces the foundations of the Neo-Learning methodology as a basis for constructing a model for this listening process, employing the Neo-Learning Cycle in co-creation with the client and thus achieving more effective results. A qualitative research approach was adopted, characterized as exploratory and descriptive, and carried out through a literature review. Based on this, a model is proposed for identifying the “Educational Solution Territoriality,” which—in its various axes—encompasses the holistic coherence needed to deliver an educational solution in a given context more efficiently and rapidly. The proposed model for interpreting the client’s demand represents a significant advance in understanding and documenting this initial stage of co-constructing a set of practices for the integral development of learners. It provides systematic and effective guidelines grounded in the Neo-Learning approach.
