Keywords:
Global transformations, Technological innovation, Sustainability, Interorganizational collaboration, Knowledge managementAbstract
In a context marked by intense technological transformations, economic instability, and social and environmental complexity, organizations are challenged to innovate continuously and strategically. This study conducts an integrative literature review with the aim of identifying strategic trends associated with the implementation of technological innovations in organizational environments. The results highlight digital transformation as a central driver of systemic reconfiguration, while sustainability is consolidated as a strategic priority. Interorganizational collaboration stands out as a mechanism for enhancing capabilities and strengthening innovation ecosystems. Knowledge management and intellectual property are emphasized as critical factors for addressing increasing informational complexity. The analysis revealed five interconnected axes — organizational capabilities and leadership for innovation; innovative business models and collaboration; technologies and digital transformations; sustainable innovation and socio-environmental impact; knowledge management and intellectual property; innovative responses to highly complex environments — which support more effective approaches to adopting emerging technologies. The study concludes with the importance of integrated and collaborative strategies that mobilize networks, align diverse interests, and foster organizational coevolution.
