Resumo

This article presents a systematic analysis of scientific literature related to project team learning, to elucidate the central constructs treated and the epistemological approaches based on both psychology and organizational theory. It focuses on the question: what are the constructs studied in the literature on project teams learning and what is the epistemological base for explaining them? The search in the Web of Science resulted in 58 articles, and 17 of them were selected for in-depth analysis. Exist heterogeneity in the subjects studied, which makes it difficult to identify trends in relation to the constructs of interest in the area. It is common to relate the team learning with new product development and innovation. The results demonstrate that in most studies more of an epistemological perspective are used. The three most obvious perspectives were socio-cultural, social constructionism and applied learning.
