Abstract

The growing volume of spatial data, together with the diversity of non-integrated solutions and heterogeneous computational structures, make it difficult to generate knowledge and support decision. In parallel, there is a shortage of technologies that helping in the quality of information and structuring of strategies. This context, paper presents an approach to identify infrastructure and applicable frameworks in the implementation of Big Data. Providing engineering steps for knowledge ownership and better management of cities. For automatic data acquisition, web services are elaborated along with (IoT) Internet of Things devices, for greater adherence and quality of the information in processes. In conclusion, are discuss results achieved with the case study aiming at the generation and propagation of knowledge.
