Abstract

This study analyzes the maturity level of a Brazilian company's corporate education system, based on the Corporate Networked University (CNU) Model developed by Freire et al. (2016). In the context of accelerated organizational transformation, the research investigates strategic alignment, educational technologies, competency-based management, and the capacity to operate within learning networks as critical dimensions for the consolidation of a learning ecosystem. A qualitative case study was conducted using two structured Likert-scale questionnaires administered to middle and tactical leaders. Results reveal strengths in planning and cultural dissemination, but also identify weaknesses in competency management, strategic use of technologies, and network articulation. The analysis highlights the need for continuous educational policies and collaborative knowledge governance to foster institutional transformation. It is concluded that the application of the CNU Model enables the identification of gaps and the enhancement of integrated and innovative educational practices.
