Abstract

The aim of this article was to analyze the innovation management practices in a technology-based company in Florianópolis/SC. The theoretical framework served as a reference for conducting the study, which sought, through interviews with a representative from each hierarchical level of the company (strategic, tactical and operational), to identify (i) company disruption signs and ( ii) innovation management in the company. The study shows us that it is possible to present entrepreneurial characteristics at each of the 3 levels that were interviewed.
