Abstract

The objective of this work is to analyze the main entrepreneurial capacities of a manager of a logistics company and verify the impacts caused by the global pandemic on activities linked to international transport logistics. This appreciation will be based on four constructs: entrepreneurship, managerial entrepreneurial skills, international logistics and the Covid-19 pandemic scenario; which were analyzed through a qualitative approach, aiming at a better understanding of the proposed theme. The results demonstrate that the manager's entrepreneurial skills are fundamental factors for the direction of this type of company, and that the challenges, in the face of the pandemic, are still present, but the turmoil in the international market generates moments to identify new opportunities.
