Abstract

The article focuses on the use of approaches that guide the Design Thinking application process. One of these examples is the Human Centered Design (HCD) Model, which is configured as a creative problem-solving approach that presents itself together with human desires with viable technological and economic capabilities, and consists of three distinct phases, which are the phases to listen; create and deliver (implement). In this context, the objective of the work was to demarcate possibilities of application of the model's phases by creating a multidisciplinary team guided by the HCD method of DT. At the end of the process, it is considered that there is a need for a balance between theory and practice, as the search for the appropriate model to propose for the formulation of a work team that has different characteristics and methods can be adapted according to the project's needs.
