APPLICATION AS A LEARNING TOOL IN MANAGEMENT: A PROPOSAL FOR GENERATION Z

This study proposed to follow the process of developing an educational application, built by the students of the technical course in Administration on a campus of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo (IFES). A preliminary survey was carried out with 274 students from the three grades of high school, born between 1998 and 2003, in order to understand the technological tools used by this generation. From this, the students were divided into groups and accompanied by the professor of the discipline in the stages of application development, which included the construction of podcasts, videos, games, among other tools on the theme presented. The results showed the efforts of students to build a technological tool that could better connect the learning style of Generation Z students to their wishes and expectations.
