Abstract

This article presents an integrative review, in order to identify the objectives of the knowledge combination process. To this end, a qualitative research was carried out, with exploratory and also descriptive objectives. Based on searches carried out in the Scopus and Web of Science electronic databases, a portfolio of 51 documents was built. After reading the abstracts, titles and keywords were identified as publications that were in line with the research objective. The results were filtered and at the end of the process, seven documents were produced and produced. We came to the conclusion that the authors consider the objectives of knowledge combination to be: codify, classify, store, retrieve, identify, transmit, group, combine, select, mitigate, share, systematize, aggregate, process, compare, collaborate and distribute.
