Resumo

This paper explores the integration between human agents and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, in light of the concept of systems and the meta-human systems approach, focusing on its applicability to the process of eliciting software requirements. The research is based on a qualitative survey of recent publications on requirements engineering, as well as on the mapping of elicitation techniques and AI tools aimed at human-machine collaboration. The results show that meta-human systems characterized by integrated learning between humans and algorithms can promote significant advances in overcoming the challenges faced by requirements analysts. Among the main benefits are cognitive complementarity, continuous learning, greater assertiveness in defining requirements, and improvement in organizational knowledge management. The studies indicate that the adoption of a systemic perspective in human-AI integration represents a promising path to qualify the practice of requirements engineering, especially in complex and knowledge-intensive environments.
