TOMA DE DECISIONES BASADA EN CONOCIMIENTO, IDENTIFICACIÓN Y CARACTERIZACIÓN DE FACTORES Y RELACIONES A TRAVÉS DE UNA REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA DE LITERATURA
Abstract
El propósito de este trabajo es caracterizar los factores y relaciones de integración entre los procesos de gestión de conocimiento y las fases de toma de decisiones estratégica en ambientes organizacionales, identificados a través de una metodología mixta que integra los diseños metodológicos de la revisión sistemática de literatura y el análisis cualitativo de contenidos a través del software especializado en análisis cualitativo Atlas TI®. Los principales resultados obtenidos son tres clases de relaciones, la primera entre cada proceso de gestión de conocimiento y cada fase de toma de decisiones con los factores de relación; la segunda relaciones entre los procesos de gestión de conocimiento y las fases de toma de decisiones; la tercera entre procesos de gestión de conocimiento. Estas relaciones permiten construir un esquema de relación matricial para la toma de decisiones basada en conocimiento y una propuesta de clasificación taxonómica de los factores de integración.
