Abstract

 

This article shows an application of the innovation measurement based on the Capacities, Results and Impacts Model for the sector of non-alcoholic beverage manufacture in Ecuador. A theorical framework is introduced where technology and innovation as social process are underlined in the context of society development, moreover, the need of build contextualized indexes which consider the local reality is aborded.  The results show that the base line and the estimation have similarities with the analized case.
