Abstract

In the context of the Model SECI of knowledge conversion, Combination is the mode in which explicit knowledge is combined into a format most appropriate for a purpose. Through the development of dashboards it is possible to combine explicit knowledge in a graphical format that can allow the identification of patterns and anomalies, as well as help decision making. This article then presents an approach to creating dashboards, through the ThingsBoard platform, from information on social pluviometry (rainwater measurement by common people) recorded digitally in the database from a weather collaborative network called RECTEC.

Professor Associado do Departamento de Computação (DC) da Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE). Professor Permanente do Programa de Pós-graduação em Informática Aplicada (PPGIA) da UFRPE. Mestre (2002) e Doutor (2008) em Ciência da Computação pelo Centro de Informática (CIn) da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE). Diretor de TI da UFRPE entre Junho/2012 a Dezembro/2017. Atua nas seguintes áreas: Inovação Social Digital, Inovação em Educação, Governança Digital, Gestão do Conhecimento e Gestão de Produtos de Software.

DECLARATION OF ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER OF PATRIMONIAL RIGHTS ON ARTICLE PUBLISHED IN THE CIKI PROCEEDINGS AND AUTHORIZATION FOR PUBLICATION
