Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the level of interest of a sample of companies about some practices of operationalizing the universities and company interactions. This evaluation is obtained through a study of ten managers who were submitted to a questionnaire. The results demonstrate that less innovative interactions, such as partnering with disciplines and research projects, are prioritized. In addition, it was pointed out the need for curriculum development and teachers to advance soft skills, such as communication and student engagement, and focus on project management researches.
