Abstract

Quality management is no longer a differential in contemporary organizations, it has evolved to become a requirement, at least for organizations wishing to remain in the market. This study seeks to identify the relationships that quality management has with organizational learning, a construct that in relative terms can be considered new for organizations, and organizational performance, which according to literature, can guarantee the long-term survival of an organization. The result of this research will be in a division of categories related to the lines of thought of the authors as the way in which the constructs interact with each other. It should be noted that much literature agrees with its essentiality and direction, the forms with which they are exposed are not unanimous, which opens up a discussion and gaps for future studies in this area.
