Abstract

The present research aims to identify the main critical success factors in the Knowledge Management model for the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, seeking, from its structure, to characterize its importance to support the innovation process both in the Institution and in Organizations of Science, Technology and Innovation in health, a model that meets the requirements of ISO 30401: 2018.

               In the development of the work, it is sought to understand the essential factors for the implementation of Knowledge Management to strengthen the development of a knowledge management model with the aim of improving innovation in public organizations, considering that the model meets the norms of the ISO30401: 2018.
