Abstract

The job market has demanded the development of soft skills by professionals. This has affected professional training, and the educational sector has sought to make several adaptations in order to adapt to this new professional environment. In this report it is presented how a higher education institution in the south of Brazil dealt with these challenges, in order to collaborate for the development of the soft skills of its students. As main results, the adequacy of the course's activities was observed, allowing the collaborative involvement of teachers and students. In addition, the development of technical skills specific to each phase was promoted, guaranteeing the perspective of interdisciplinary work. As next steps, students' self-assessment will be implemented in order to measure the increment of projects to the development of soft skills.
