Abstract

This paper intends to explicit and represent the knowledge in the Strategic Planning (SP) and Organizational Culture (CO) intersections in Universities, by investigating the scientific production in the last decade (Scholar Google, Web Science and EBSCO). It is classified as a basic research, with explanatory objectives, qualitative approach and with bibliographic, documentary and interview procedures in a case study. Despite few papers founded, there is an increasing relevance of the theme in the scenario of changes that managers face in Universities. Adopting SP requires adaptations in symbiosis with the Organizational Culture. The Strategic Planning adhering to the Organizational Culture must to answer internal and external expectations and the mesodeterministic perspective.
