Abstract

This paper describes how a communication planning strategy in the field of health conveys intergovernmental articulation, achieving the implementation of public digital health policies. The objective is to develop and explain the execution process carried out by the Documentation Team (ED) of the ARPHAI Project, to accompany and guide the
implementation process of a digital tool, the Integrated Health History (HSI), aimed at the
supporting of public health management. In the first place, we carry out a characterization
of the Argentine health system. Then we focus specifically on the work carried out by the ED, oriented at first to the preparation of materials and in a second instance to the monitoring of the different stages of the HSI implementation process.
