Resumen

Promoting more diverse and equitable organizational environments has increased the appreciation of inclusive Leadership, which is capable of addressing the complexity and plurality of the modern workplace. At the same time, Knowledge Management (KM) has been adopted as a strategic instrument to support organizational learning and knowledge sharing. Given this, this article aims to analyze how inclusive leadership practices contribute to knowledge management. This study employs a descriptive and qualitative research approach, characterised by a theoretical and conceptual framework. We conducted an integrative literature review as a research strategy to identify conceptual intersections and gaps in academic output on the subject. Inclusive Leadership is a moderating agent for creating a safe environment that encourages the sharing of ideas, experiences, and practices among workers. The presence of an inclusive climate directly benefits an organization's knowledge management capacity by fostering trust, mutual respect, and an appreciation of diverse perspectives. In this way, inclusive Leadership reinforces the commitment to a safe environment, focusing on diversity and inclusion, and enhances KM processes.
