Resumen

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for measuring Intellectual Capital (IC) is an evolving research field to complement and improve traditional methods. IC is highly dependent on individual insights, although it's not solely based on them. While IC inherently relies on individual insights, current AI platforms exhibit limitations in providing deep personalization beyond basic parameterization and search history analysis so that agents can act like human digital twins.

This paper introduces "human value design" as a crucial framework to bridge the gap between AI, IC, and personalization that can foster sustainable innovation. We propose a dynamic model utilizing Fuzzy Cognitive Maps (FCMs) to represent individual value networks, that allows the integration of tangibles and intangibles, relevant to IC. Our innovative approach employs complex numbers to unify these varied measures, enabling multi-valued logic for comprehensive and combined modeling of stakeholders and domain knowledge facilitates the simulation and prediction of value development. It surpasses basic personalization techniques, providing deeper individual insights crucial for knowledge acquisition and the design of sustainable solutions. The paper includes practical examples that illustrate the effectiveness and benefits of this innovative method in measuring IC, highlighting its potential to drive impactful innovation.
