Resumo

The constant competitiveness in the market raises in companies the need to innovate to differentiate. To innovate, companies need an inspiring environment and people with that profile. Understanding what intrapreneurship practices are capable of adding people willing to undertake in an existing business was the objective of this work. Thus, this article sought to identify in the literature the intrapreneurial practices used by companies, analyzing 22 articles. The results demonstrated that participatory and flexible leadership is essential for intrapreneurship as well as cultural change.
