Resumen

This article addresses the issue of conflict management, especially not a group of people as organizations. It is a theoretical study, without qualifying what is conflict, its sources and strategies to manage conflict in order to generate advantages for organizations. It seeks to answer the following research question: how can conflict management help an innovation in organizations? It is hoped that this study is a solution for the discussion on a thematic, since conflict management is a necessity in organizations for an organization in its objectives, as well as for the well-being of the people who are acting.
