Resumo

The strategic integration of Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) with cloud computing platforms is rapidly becoming a critical enabler of organizational agility in today’s dynamic business environment. This paper explores how cloud-based KMS enhance knowledge sharing, accessibility, and scalability, thereby empowering organizations to respond swiftly to market changes and foster innovation. Through a systematic literature review supported by bibliometric and text-mining analysis, the study highlights how cloud computing infrastructure (public, private, and hybrid) reshapes information and knowledge management access by addressing challenges of data volume, security, and infrastructure scalability. The findings underscore that successful integration relies on aligning robust information architecture with strategic business goals and effective management practices. Ultimately, the synergy between KMS and cloud computing supports digital transformation initiatives, strengthens business intelligence, and sustains competitive advantage by enabling responsive, data-driven decision-making in volatile organizational landscapes.
