Resumo

The Nudge Theory aims to help people to take better decisions from the realistic construction of the decision-making process of individuals and making small interventions in the critical points. Behavioral design is the development of products and graphic interfaces in order to manage a connection with the user's emotional and greater expirience of use. For the structuring of the decision-making process Nudge presents concepts that may be complementary to behavioral design techniques for graphical interfaces. From an exploratory review of the literature it was possible to see that even though both themes are relatively new in the literature, they are based on well-established concepts in psychology and can be studied together to improve the user experience within their digital experience.
