Abstract

This article explains the process that leads to the construction of a framework based on coproduction in complex environments based on the perception analysis of its actors. Starting from the choice of the concept of framework in detriment to other development structures, all the steps are explained, from the coproduction required to conduct the research of the environment for the formulation of the framework structures, through the dynamics of coproduction and the process of analysis of Perception through research instruments, to the organization and synthesis of the data, which generate proposals to be sent to other stages of validation of these to the point that they generate development programs and strategic plans for this environment, in order to demonstrate how, If it execute the proposed actions. The construction methodology is based on Design Science Research, which assists in the construction of a concise structure and which results in a robust framework applicable to different environments. As a result, the conceptual framework for complex environments and their composition is presented.
