COMPARTILHAMENTO INTERORGANIZACIONAL DO CONHECIMENTO E O EMPREENDEDORISMO DAS EMPRESÁRIAS DO SUL CATARINENSE
Abstract
This study aims to identify how the process of interorganizational knowledge sharing contributes to the entrepreneurship of women entrepreneurs in Santa Catarina. As for the methodological procedure, this study is characterized as a descriptive and exploratory research, with a qualitative approach, through a field survey applied to the entrepreneurial associates of the State Council of Women Entrepreneurs (CEME). The interorganizational knowledge sharing promoted by the meetings of CEME and in its Nuclei that contribute to the entrepreneurship of the women participating in these events as it follows: (1) increased knowledge; (2) creation of union and bonds; (3) exchange of information; (4) motivation; (5) personal growth; (6) employee development; (7) promotion of necessary changes and (8) networking.
