THE USE OF ROADMAP AS AN ACTIVATING ELEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW

The objective of this work is to analyze the main contributions of the use of the roadmap (RM) for knowledge management (KM) and to identify how this management compass helps in the structuring and planning of knowledge management in organizations. In this research, the systematic literature review method was used through the analysis of empirical articles, in the Scopus database, in order to synthesize the knowledge related to the topic. The results demonstrate that the roadmap methodology can be used as an activating element of knowledge management, being in common use, for the strategic planning of knowledge management, concentration of relevant information, visual tool, as well as for the provision of clear information and objective among the stakeholders involved in the KM process, among other purposes identified with this study.
