A IMPLANTAÇÃO DE METODOLOGIA DE GESTÃO DE PROJETOS EM UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO DE SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA
Abstract
Many organizations have realized the importance of projects to achieve their results and have been making efforts to improve the practices they use. In the governmental sector, obsolete practices of conducting activities result in high expenses and services rendered to the society without quality. This article aims to evaluate the implementation of the methodology of a project office in a security public organization. The analysis of the implementation, the methodology used and the defined processes show that the organization was well advised, with good detail of the necessary steps and documents, but the application of the methodology, however well planned and executed, is not able to determine alone, The success of a project. As practical contribution is suggested some procedures that the organization can adopt to improve the functionality of the project management.

The AUTHOR further declares that the International Congress of Knowledge and Innovation - ciKi is fully authorized to use this article, in whole or in part, edited or complete, in Portuguese and in all other languages, in print, in Electronic means, internet, for commercial purposes or not, including distributing, adapting, creating derivative works, assigning rights to third parties in Brazil and / or abroad, including but not limited to: teaching, study and research; publication and dissemination; quote; use in general telecommunication means; audiovisual use in general, including all existing or future digital technologies, capable of storing and reproducing data.
The AUTHOR has guaranteed the moral rights over his article, including the binding of his name as author of the article object of this transfer.
