Abstract

This study was motivated by the lack of research related to intrapreneurship so people could have access to the topic and can identify themselves as entrepreneurs, in their work and in their lives. An online questionnaire was applied with the voluntary employees from a private company, focused on acting as a regional network, at its headquarters in Florianópolis/SC. To measure the capacity of the participants the study used the Skills methodolody from Almeida (2003), also analyzed the degree of importance of the entrepreneurial dimensions in the company and the perception regarding their ability to undertake currently, in a pandemic scenario of COVID-19. The survey resulted in demands mainly related to instrumental leadership capacity, technical and strategic capabilities.
