Abstract

The study aimed to identify the organizational benefits in the processes of socialization and organizational commitment and verify how knowledge sharing is related to these processes. The research used a literature review through a survey of publications in the Dimensions database, with a time frame between 2011 and May 2021. Composing the corpus of analysis, 16 articles were obtained. It was identified that job satisfaction, integration and better performance are common benefits found in the concepts. Organizational commitment brought about greater motivation, cooperation and lower turnover, while organizational socialization brought more adaptability, better relationships and organizational commitment. It was verified that the sharing of knowledge is facilitated with the researched concepts.
