Abstract

Abstract: This integrative review aims to verify how the Organizational Learning Governance can influence the promotion of a Safety Culture in times of Pandemic. From the analysis of the main aspects relating the mechanisms that support the GovA framework proposed by Rizzatti (2020), it is reiterated that governing learning through knowledge is fundamental, creating value, facilitating organizational learning and leading organizations to success facing the challenges imposed. The results identify constructs to be considered, including: occupational health and safety; crisis management; coping strategies; resource mobilization; detection of vulnerable groups; demand for essential services; risk perception; barriers in the implementation of health and social resources; lessons learned.
