Abstract

The pre-incubation process is a tool to give sustainability to business formation. Thus,
this paper presents the reality of managers of an incubator of a Federal Institute of Education in
Brazil, who identified gaps with students learning entrepreneurship. Students have the will to
undertake, but do not have an idea prepared for that. This way, through qualitative research, we
carried out a pedagogical intervention project, inserting them in the business context through
technical visits to companies, to survey business vulnerabilities in the area they live and build a
diagnostic repository based on the Wiki tool. This repository will serve as creative inspiration for
them to develop their own themes, enabling them to participate in the pre-incubation process, as
well as to understand entrepreneurship practices.
