Abstract

This article highlights the mediation strategies with complementary narratives adopted by senders of the Intelbras brand, when communicating with the general public and with business partners (distributors and retailers). The studied object is composed of two graphic interfaces of the brand's digital pages, available in the online social network that is supported by the Instagram platform. The study is categorized as descriptive-comparative and based on research developed by three stages: exploratory, bibliographic and documentary. From the Marketing perspective, it is considered that the narratives are strategically complementary. While one “pulls” people in general to seek branded products and services from business partners, the other “pushes” business partners to offer the brand’s products and services. to the general public.
