Abstract

Knowledge is an essential asset for the growth of organizations. Encoding knowledge in an organizational memory (OM), which is part of the organization's daily life, can help to avoid delays and waste in decision making and implementation. This research intends to determine a sample of the quantitative scenario of scientific productions that relate OM in the making and implementation of decisions in organizations, through a systematic literature review with a bibliometric approach, using the SSF protocol.
