Abstract

For intrapreneurship to develop within an organization, some factors are essential,
such as the existence of a favorable organizational environment that provides actions that
encourage the development of intrapreneurial practices among employees. In this context, this
paper aims to investigate in the literature the main organizational practices that encourage
intrapreneurial behavior in the corporate environment. The research is a narrative literature
review and in its result it was possible to relate the main organizational practices that
contribute to the development of intrapreneurship according to the needs of personal
fulfillment, esteem, social, security, and structural.
