Abstract

Organizations began to use knowledge management in order to increase performance and
generate innovations. The different definitions of knowledge management focus on the
creation, dissemination, storage, application and sharing of existing or new knowledge. The
objective of this research is to analyze how Knowledge Management practices influence
innovation results in a credit cooperative. Methodology consists of a qualitative research, in
which a case study was conducted. The results show that the main Knowledge Management
practices in implementation, implemented or already implemented and presenting important
and relevant results were Electronic Document Management (EDM);
Organizational/business/competitive intelligence systems; Corporative education; Corporate
University; Bank of organizational competences.
