BARRIERS AND FACILITATORS TO INTERORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER IN HEALTHCARE: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF THE LITERATURE

This article investigates the barriers and facilitators to knowledge transfer in interorganizational relationships in the healthcare sector through a systematic literature review. Based on the analysis of 32 articles selected from the Scopus and Web of Science databases, four main dimensions were identified: relationship management, partners and relationship characteristics, external environment and healthcare sector, and resources. The research highlighted the importance of strategic management focused on continuous learning, mutual support, and effective communication to facilitate knowledge transfer. Additionally, it was identified that the diversity of knowledge and geographical proximity between partners drive this transfer, while cultural and infrastructural differences present significant challenges.
