Abstract

This article synthesizes research on knowledge sharing in SMEs, examining publication volume, leading authors and institutions, most cited documents, journals, and common keywords. A bibliometric study was conducted, revealing a growing trend in publications on this topic. The article "The peculiarities of knowledge management processes in SMEs: the case of Singapore" by Wee and Chua is the most cited. Indonesia and Nigeria lead in article numbers, with "Sustainability" being the top journal. Common keywords include "knowledge sharing," "SMEs," "performance," and "innovation." The study highlights the role of technologies, knowledge management systems, and the impact of sharing on performance and innovation in SMEs.
